Tuesday/Thursday Scholars (Tutoring)

Dear Parents,

The School Improvement Committee is sponsoring an After School

Tutoring Program beginning Tuesday, November 18, 2008. We will have tutors available every Tuesday and Thursday in the Middle School Media Center from 1500-1545 to assist students in all subject areas.

Please indicate below if you would be interested in having your child attend this program.

If YOU are interested in volunteering to help as a TUTOR, please notify the Tutoring Committee Co-Chairpersons, E W or V S J, by calling the main office (380-9181 or 0621-720050.

Please note that we will need a commitment from you and your child in order to ensure that your child’s needs are being met. If you sign up your child, and we find that he or she is not attending tutoring, we will notify you. It would be useful for us to have your home and work phone numbers and
