About Us

Located in Mannheim, Germany, our school was dedicated in 1976 with an enrollment of 820 students. Our present enrollment is 433 students in grades six, seven, and eight. We are part of a community called Benjamin Franklin Village, a residental complex for the United States Army in Europe.

A strassenbahn (streetcar) runs through our village and connects us to downtown Mannheim and the city of Heidelberg. With a large bahnhof (train station) in both of these cities, travel throughout Europe is very convenient, making fests, cultural events, and historical sites readily available to all.

Our community includes a Burger King, Bank, Post Exchange (PX), Commissary, Food Mall, Bookstore, Bowling Center, Movie Theater, Tennis Courts, Fitness Gyms, Chapel, Library, and a variety of restaurants.

Behind the school, our basketball courts are extremely popular, along with wall ball courts, and cozy seating areas for visiting with friends.
